Below are some troubleshooting steps to assist with getting a successful connection.
1. Please log into your Kindred account.
2. Click the wrench icon next to the healthcare data connection.
3. Select "Disconnect"
4. Select "Unlink"
5. You have not successfully removed the connection. You now have to re-add the portal connection, which should resolve any issues. The help article is: Adding My Healthcare Portal Data
