Healthcare Portal Connection Troubleshooting

Below are some troubleshooting steps to assist with getting a successful connection. 

 

1. Please log into your Kindred account.

2. Click the wrench icon next to the healthcare data connection.Kindred_remove_connection__wrench_icon.png

3. Select "Disconnect"

4. Select "Unlink"

5. You have not successfully removed the connection. You now have to re-add the portal connection, which should resolve any issues. The help article is: Adding My Healthcare Portal Data
