1. Log in to Your Kindred Account
Visit Kindred and log in using your Kindred (Hugo Health) username and password.
2. Find Your List of Data Connections
On the right-hand side of the screen is a list of your data connections with the label "My Data Connections". At the bottom of of the list of connections is a button that says "Add More Data Connections". Select that button.
3. Press Continue in the Connection Widget
4. Search for Your Healthcare Portal
Search for your healthcare system, device, or insurance. If you don't see your data source, send a request here.
The opportunity to enter your username and password connection should present itself immediately, either in the connection widget window, or in a new tab. If a new tab doesn't open, and there is no place to enter your username and password, read here to see how you can manage your popup blocker.
If a new tab opens, you will need to go through the authorization process through your health care provider. After you finish with the process, or enter your credentials within the connection widget, you should see this screen indicating you had a successful connection.
If you don't see a status indicating a successful connection, visit Connection Troubleshooting to resolve these issues.
