Removing a Connection

1. Sign into Kindred and find the "My Data Connections" box on the right side of the screen

2. Find the name of the healthcare portal you'd like to remove, and select the wrench icon next to that portal. Then, press "Disconnect".

3. In the popup modal, select "Unlink"
